Customers with addresses in the United States and Canada are invited to shop via our Online Store.
Orders can also be placed directly via Purchase Order (net 30 day term - US only), credit card (VISA or MasterCard), wire transfer, money order, check (in US currancy) or phone. Completed Purchase Orders and order forms can be faxed, emailed or mailed.
In the continental United States, Origin Instruments is often able to provide a one-week, no-cost evaluation of assistive technology products to qualified end-users.
